Plainfield new Jersey Mayor Robinson-Briggs Proclaims March is Red Cross Month

Plainfield Mayor Sharon Robinson-Biggs presented a proclamation to Tri-County Red Cross Executive Director Nathan Rudy last evening, declaring that March 2009 is Red Cross Month in Plainfield, NJ.
